Sandy's Sourdough makes 100% sourdough bread with no baker's yeast, as well as bagels, pastries, danishes and doughnuts. Sandy has a market stall at Harvest Launceston Community Farmers' Market in Tasmania and a small retail outlet in the Launceston CBD.
